Interim CFO

QRGA, LLP, partners have significant real world business experience running companies and in significant financial positions in a variety of industries. It’s this real world experience that sets us apart from principles in other CPA firms. From time to time we respond to the need for interim support. In one example, a founder of a company passed away unexpectedly and we assisted the spouse in running the company for nine months while a long term solution was found. In another ongoing, one of our partners devotes approximately one day a week to a multi-location retail chain performing the duty of CFO. In another, one of our partners provided contract negotiation and strategic growth tactics to a multi-disciplinary medical company. Our experience is vast but it is not for all.
