Donna J. Neely
Donna Neely has over 20 years of experience in auditing and tax particularly in the areas of employee benefit plans, labor unions, homeowner associations and small businesses. She joined QRGA in 2009 as part of a merger with the firm of Alford & Co., P.C.
Donna began her public accounting career at Peat, Marwick, Mitchell & Co. (now known as KPMG) working in the Private Business Advisory Services section. There she provided auditing and accounting services to publicly and privately owned companies including manufacturers, wholesale distributors, law firms, not-for-profit organizations, and start-up high tech companies.
In addition she has considerable experience working as a controller/treasurer for a publicly traded multi-company operation with subsidiaries involved in human services, retailing and franchising.
She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Massachusetts Society of Certified Public Accountants. Donna is also the co-chairperson of the ERISA Accounting and Auditing Committee of the Massachusetts Society of CPAs and performs peer reviews related to audits of employee benefit plans.
Donna is a graduate of Boston University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a concentration in finance and an MBA with a concentration in accounting.
